Terms of service
Version 2026-08-2. Approved by Leroy, 2026-08-27.
*Assembled from public templates with no legal spend (file 04 §3.5.1). It is written to be read, because terms nobody reads are terms nobody is bound by in any sense that matters.*
Who we are
Sedawk Enterprises makes the courses on this site and runs the site itself. You can reach us from the contact page — you do not need an account, and a person reads it.
Who you buy from is somebody else. Checkout is handled by Paddle, who are the seller on your receipt and on your card statement — Paddle.com Inc. in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd. in Canada. They take the payment, they handle the sales tax, and your purchase contract for the transaction is with them. We provide the course.
What you are buying
Access to a course for a stated period, shown on your account page before and after you buy. Access, not a copy: courses play here and are not downloadable. When the period ends, the course stops opening. We will tell you the date up front and it will be on your account page the whole time.
Your account
One account, one person. Keep your password to yourself. You can sign in on as many of your own devices as you like — a laptop and a phone is the normal case and the platform is built for it.
If you are here through your employer, they may have enrolled you and may be able to see that you completed a course. They cannot see your password or read anything you type into an exercise.
What we do with your data
We keep what we need to run the service: your email address, your name if you give it to us, and a record of what you have watched and answered so you can pick up where you left off and so we can tell which lessons are working.
We do not sell it. We do not advertise to you. We never see your card details — Paddle handles payment and the card number never reaches us.
If you ask to be deleted, we will do it — an actual person runs an actual procedure and writes down that they did. Your account is anonymised and your access ends. Two things survive, and we would rather say so than surprise you: the record of what lessons were watched, with nothing left in it that points at you; and, if you have bought something, the financial record, because tax law requires us to keep it and that is not ours to waive.
The whole of it, including where the servers are, is in the privacy policy.
What we ask of you
Do not share your account. Do not re-publish the material. Do not try to break the site.
When we change these terms
If we change something that matters, we will ask you to accept the new version and record that you did, with the date. Small corrections we will just make.
Getting your money back
Thirty days, no reason required — the refund policy says how. Because Paddle is the seller, a refund is theirs to make; ask them using the link on your receipt, or ask us from the contact page and we will pass it on.
What we do not promise
The site will occasionally be down. We will fix it. We do not promise a course will get you a job, a promotion, or a specific result — it will teach you what it says it teaches.
Which law applies
British Columbia, Canada.
